"The Laurel Flowers - State Farm asked me to write a review once, so here it goes.... I wouldn't allow them to insure a pet! They're the highest cost insurance, and the lowest in customer service! My 80 year old mother is on a fixed income, and has ALL of her insurances with them. And when I would log on to pay her vehic insurances on their website not knowing that it was only going towards 1 vehicle instead of all 3. And now the DMV has sent a notice to verify ins, and more than likely I'll be hit with high fees to reinstate. I just think for my mother to be a loyal customer of theirs for all of these years and in her golden years, their response is a slap in the face! If I could give them zero stars I would! Let’s apply some common sense to this review….if ALL 3 vehicles are under the SAME policy, how did you drop 2 vehicles & not ALL 3?!?!? You have our number(s). Cut it out!!"
